    Hi,

I've read somewhere an owner of both headsets say that the tracking on the Rift was "kind of accurate, but sometimes my hands were floating" or something very similar, while he praised the hand tracking on the Vive.

Has anyone here experienced a similar effect?
To what extent is the tracking on the Rift not precise? I am really afraid that it may break immersion, since your mind may not be convinced that those are your real hands..

While I have no direct experience I have heard similar that the Vive is better.

Yes, that is indeed what most people say.
Now, the touch controllers seem to be suited to what I like to do the most at the moment (I flightsim a lot, and they are much more like hands than the Vive's wands).
But the tracking, the tracking is the problem..
