I've followed a let's player, NerdCubed, for a long time now, and he got himself a Vive a while back. I've loved his Vive videos, and have started to skip the non-vr ones just because the VR ones are so cool. I'll even deal with YouTubers I find annoying, if they're playing in VR. People seem much more expressive and creative playing VR games rather than standard video games, with all the hand motioning and other movements impossible without VR. Maybe I'm just overthinking it, though.

Their responses to VR tends to be a lot more authentic. I love watching everyone in VR. It's the best.

I'm working on some streams, plus Russell is working on a VR Heads Twitch/Beam channel. I would assume that we would put some of those videos on YouTube as well.

Indeed it is really cool seeing everyone's reactions to VR games. Unfortunately I've only had the briefest experiences with the world of VR, but it was just enough to show me why they all react as they do. So I hope I can get VR someday too, to fully experience it for myself!

The only thing I WON'T be touching, however, is VR horror games. I'll stick to watching other people's reactions as they play the horror genre, so that I don't have to :P

Yeah, Niko. Brookhaven Experiment or FNAF in a virtual desktop would be too much. I can barely handle Into the Dead, and I know what to expect with that.

I recommend you watch this guy. Robbaz has some videos with the Vive and PS VR and he really gets into what he's playing

Do you plan on investing in your own VR setup, Alice?

I have also been following Nerd for a long time now and i do find that his VR videos are much more enjoyable than some of his other 'let's plays' I think it might be that it adds a more personal feel to the video. I also follow Robbaz who does hilarious content on the Vive.
I wish I could afford the gear! It looks like so much fun!

I would love to, but it's still far too pricey. I'm hopeful I can at least get Daydream working on my 6p, but that's about all.

I enjoy doing the vr streams over regular streams if your interested in viewing VR, I will try to vr most games even ones not vr games. I have battlefield 1 vr'd with the my HTC Vive if your interested in viewing more VR streams you can check out my youtube channel my handle is VrEdisons. I'm open for suggestions if you want to see what some games look like while played. Let me know and I can create some vids.

Watching youtubers' reactions is always fun, but watching the game is like any other video of watching a video game being played.

I would agree that watching a VR stream is similar to most games but the reactions of players is interesting. It seems most of the controls are still very clunky and jittery though. I imagine that will improve with the technology if people stick with it.
