To connect to a PC, you will need either the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, or a Windows Mixed Reality Headset.

Rift S beats O+ in just about everything but color intensity, black levels & built-in audio.

Better comfort, much better lenses (O+ blurs if you don't look straight forward; Rift S is clear edge to edge), better controllers, significantly better tracking, much better overall software platform.

The only reason you'd pick an O+ over a Rift S is if your IPD (inter-pupillary distance; distance between your eyes) is over the 68mm max that works for most people with Rift S. Rift S's lenses are fixed at 63.5mm, but have a wide area of clarity in the middle, allowing for pretty good tolerances to eye position; O+ has mechanical lens spacing adjustment, but still only goes down to 63mm with very limited lens clarity, so if you have 60mm eyes with 63mm O+ you're not gonna have a great time. Beats Rift S in upper range though as O+ should work just north of 70mm.
