Here is some vids for Vr Fails, got some to add lets keep it going. Lessons for VR. you know how they say don't sit on virtual furniture? Well that goes double for leaning on virtual pool tables. Here is a vid of a snooker pro face planting while leaning on virtual pool table. Good vid no harm, hope he is ok, cheers mate!

LOL well, my own experience.. I hit my head with a wall while watching a VR animation (it's on video) also a friend fell out while he was in a roller coaster (I have the video too).

We are really lost while using a VR HMD.

I saw a video of a VIVE game that had you try to solve puzzles to find a key to escape a room. At the end, one of the girls playing tried to set down the Vive controllers on the virtual table!

Haha yes this guy is not alone, I think the question becomes what have we NOT hit while in vr. I have hit the wall, ceiling fan/lights... I believe this list will just get longer lol. Gotta watch out its pretty real. Best bets are to prepare the room well.. here's another example ...
