The Gear VR has Relay Cars, which is a virtual showroom for a lot of high end cars. Think Forzavista from Forza Motorsport in VR.

I have not, BUT that's an interesting idea. VR could possible be useful in car sales and car testing and design.

What about using Sketchfab? That lets you design a 3D space and it's on the Gear VR amongst others.

Has anyone seen any car manufacturer use VR to choose colour and accessories in a virtual showroom?
I had to look this up to refresh my memory, but Audi has some VR showrooms. I thought I remembered something about some manufacturer wanting to transition all showrooms to VR only, with no physical inventory, and I THINK that might be Audi. I'm not sure.
