I want to buy a VR headset for my mobile phone but the screen resolution of my mobile phone is only 1280x720. The headseat is very cheap but good quality. Did anyone try VR in a low resolution like my phone has ? If so please tell me your opinion if its worth it. If its usable Ill buy it, like I said the headset is very cheap but I want to know If Ill get the feeling of VR with this low resolution or if its unwatchable. Thanks for your answers.

I would not say unwatchable, BUT the better the screen resolution the better the VR experience. BUT if you are talking about getting a "cardboard" for under 20 US dollars I probably would do it.

I would absolutely buy one as well. I just bought my first HTC VIVE and i absolutely love the HD

You can get a cheap headset for less than 10$, check a flea market. I am not sure you will enjoy it... but no reason not to try it..
