Lets hope so. We need more decent games, enough with the "Indy Experiences"

Totally agree, the more headsets being sold, the better.

Lower prices are what's needed to increase the amount of premium VR users. Great to see the 2 major Vr manufacturers decrease prices in recent months.
Sorry. But price reduction increases availability, but lowers the premium class.

The Oculus and Vive, are the best currently available consumer headsets on the market. They are still the most expensive and therefore a top of the range premium product.

A price reduction does not change this fact, however it does make them a less exclusive product.

exclusive or availability. What is more important?

Well, we need cheaper hardware prices to encourage more software developers to support it. Hopefully the hardware manufacturers can continue to make more revenue by better processes, cheaper components and a larger market even though they are selling for less. Also when they do release a new version that can be the new "exclusive" version and sell for a higher price. Overall I'm still hopeful this is good news in general

Exclusivity is prestige. All is said.
Availability - a larger choice of software, and therefore a higher probability of a really necessary, convenient and reliable software. If this happens, the sales volume jumps by orders of magnitude.
    Alas, Software rules!
Be or not to be ... IT-paradox.

Could not agree more, the more headsets sold, the better it is for everyone.

Exactly. And the more users we have, the more content that produce. That´s what we need also.

Exactly. And do you agree that we are still lacking that AAA game that give us that "wow" reaction?

I'm into sim Racing so I have my wow factor games. Almost all of the hardcore sim racing titles support Vr.

I do however agree that more mass appeal triple A titles are needed. The content is starting to arrive though with Bethesda releasing Vr versions of Doom, Fallout 4 and Skyrim within the next few months.

Project Cars 2 is also being released on Steptember 22.
