I was reading this article by Digital Trends, I would change the title to "THE BEST 360 CAMERAS SOME CAN BUY"

So, for those looking to buy a new camera and with the budget to do it, maybe this article can worth the reading.

Particularly one paragraph took my attention:

If you buy an $800 360 camera and expect to see the same quality as an $800 DSLR, you’re going to be disappointed.

Because some people will complain about the cheap $30 brandless camera which is not capturing stunning picture and videos in 360 degrees.



For me $800 is a lot of money, I'm aiming to a ~$100 360 camera, I think even when the recommendations on the article is about cameras which are twice of that price I think it's a pretty interesting article, I didn't know about the last one (Giroptic iO).



I was wondering how many of you has a 360 camera?

Also, how you enjoy the 360 videos and pictures? with your smartphone or with a HMD?

I don't have a 360 camera yet but am looking to buy one. Just waiting for the market to settle a little bit before I take the leap though because it's obviously a pretty large investment.
