I’ve been playing in VR for about 4 months and have noticed a nice side effect. I have always been plagued with bad dreams, and have gotten use to dreaming of some pretty horrific stuff but over the last few weeks I’m now dreaming that I’m playing in VR. This gives me a bit of control over my dreams as I now perceive it as not real. Not quite lucid dreaming but pretty close to it, I get that the things arou192.168.0.1 router login

I’m now sleeping better, I wake from a nice dream about meeting friends and going in an adventure instead of dreaming I’m being hunted but random people in a crowd of faceless drones. Has anyone else experienced this?

I also started having VR dreams after getting my Oculus Quest 2 (soon to be Meta Quest 2). I think it's a nice side effect, especially because you feel like you're having more control over negative dreams or dreams in general.

A nice thing I noticed is that I can read things better in my dreams. I was always capable of reading while dreaming but I had to struggle a bit. Kind of how it was when I was little and first learned how to do it. But now because there are things to read in VR (like tutorial stuff for games or browsing for VR videos), I can easily read things while dreaming.

Glad you also have positive side effects!
