Okay, I am looking at the very tiny snippet of video from the event, and I'm wondering if these new VR headsets are going to have the full features of the Rift/Vive or not. They don't look like they are going to be much more than a Rift from last year. I don't see that MS would be able to get room-scale into a headset at this point yet without some limitations on range.

What does everyone else think? Is this going to be the Cardboard for room VR?

I'm guessing it's the exact same room scanning as HoloLens, which is very accurate and long range. Since they did kinekt, I don't see why they couldn't pull this off. All the rest is up to computer power.
