So I have a samsung 7 edge. I downloaded a VR video that is: 59fps, 2160x2160, 8182kps, audio 317 When I play it it lags on my screen and looks choppy. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Could an app be interfering with my playback? I am looking at it on GearVR

That's a pretty robust video 8192k is alot! Maybe try some videos that are a bit more manageable and see if they play ok?

is it on your External SD card? If so try moving it to your internal storage. If it is already on your internal I agree that it might just be to big of a file or to high of a resolution for the device.

Id say its too big of a file. It has to render the video effectively twice for each eye and also the enviroment you are watching it in. Try giving Moon player a try if thats not an improvement then Id say its the file thats the issue
