Has anybody here successfully converted a Laptop/PC fan to USB?
If so any advice I wanna play Dead Head more but it keeps overheating and the last fan I tried caused the fan to smoke and the plastic to bubble

I actually did it with a laptop Fan, but you need to be sure you are using a 5 Volts fan and the other thing is you need to be aware about the power source wattage in order to really control how good the fan will behave, too much will keep it running as fast as it can, too low power will burn the power supply and you also need to be sure you are plugging it with the red black wire to Negative (-) and the color one (be aware some fan uses two voltages mostly with a red and yellow wire).
