Anyone else interested in seeing sporting events in VR? I'm a huge hoops fan, so I'm definitely going to check it out.

I wonder how long it will take before the other major professional leagues jump in.

This and watching concerts were the mains reasons I wanted VR to take off, I love the idea of VR spectating these events. If I had league pass, I would definitely check it out

I agree. I never considered concerts though. That would be fantastic if pulled off well.

I'm definitely going to check that one out.

That would be cool as well, especially if they could show it from the driver's perspective.

I'd like hockey refs to start wearing 360-degree cams on their helmets

Tonight's Spurs/Bucks game is free from Next VR if you're interested in checking it out.

That would be way to much motion. I would rather see a system like Gamecentre has with 5 cams on the game in 2D, and 4 in VR (One behind each goal, one at each blue line). Voke does a good job with this at football games and lets the viewer pick the camera when THEY want.
