I can only turn on one motion controller at a time. I turn one on and it works great. But the second won’t turn on. I turn the first one off through the menu and then the other will turn on fine. I have tried the reset button on both of them. I even made sure no other device was on. I’ve had my PS4 for a week and they worked fine. This just started. And they are both fully charged.

That's an odd problem. Have you tried simultaneously connecting both to the PS4 with USB cables? On the controller that won't turn on try holding down the power button to see if it will cycle.

Well it's a real mistery, maybe you can follow this tutorial:

    https://www.vrheads.com/how-fix-play...ller-wont-turn

But I honestly think it might be related to another problem, as any other connected device, the Bluetooth radio used for the controllers has a kind of unique signature and looks like the signature on both controllers are the same, so the problem is really weird, maybe connecting using the sequences in the guide bellow

    https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/ge...ion-move-help/

Hopefully one of this two things could help you to solve your problem.
