Is VR safe for children?

I hope this is not an odd question, BUT is VR safe for children? Or can there be issues or special considerations? Is there a minimum age? How about a time limit? I remember reading about the nintendo VRboy getting people (kids) sick back in the day, when it was first released.

I dont think that there are huge health concerns if VR is used reasonably by kids. They already grow up in a world full of electronics.

If the kid is younger than say 10 or so, or if he/she has epilepsy then it's better to let him/her not use VR. Else it's safe, but better safe than sorry, I myself get quick sick from it.
