[VR Question]

I've been checking out things like Land's End, GrooVr, Samsung VR, Dream Flight and other similar Apps. I just wanna hear what other people are checking out.

I'm a big fan of vTime and Altspace for social, Minecraft is awesome (and I hate Minecraft), and EVE: Gunjack is with the tenner for a shooter game.

Well besides virtualrealplayer, i'd have to say minecraft, bait, and ocean rift (nothing like swiming past the shark warning signs and getting eaten by a shark.

One of my all-time favourite Gear VR games that also happens to be free is Smash Hit. Honestly, so enjoyable and lots of replay value.

I cannot handle scary content in VR, like... at all! haha. I couldn't even bring myself to finish Dead Secret. However, Dead Secret is extremely well done for those who like mystery and can handle being scared.

Perhaps it was just free at release. Either way, that price is definitely worth it.

I got Smash Hit during the Oculus sale this summer. Looks like Oculus is pulling sales when Steam sales go on.

I'm also going to add Darknet to my list as well. Great puzzle game that has a long replay value attached to it.

I have a lot more apps and games to try, but my favorites so far are:
1. Darknet - Immersing strategy game
2. Smashing The Battle - Fun 3rd person hack and slash game
3. Land's End - Easy intuitive puzzle game with minimal but impressive visual style
4. Smash Hit - Simple but engrossing object smashing game
5. Proton Pulse - 3D Pong/Breakout game with intuitive head movement controls

I've been intending to try Smashing the Battle soon. Hopefully I get a chance to this weekend. I've watched a couple demo videos on YouTube and it looks like fun. I just wish it had story mode on the Gear VR instead of only the battle mode.

Not sure why the difference, but oh well.
