I would like to purchase a VR headset but I don't want to spend a lot of money. What if I don't like it? What is a good cheap VR set?

I'm assuming you don't have a phone that supports VR. Look for Niburu (120USD all in one headset). If you do have a phone look for Google Cardboard (2USD).

Google cardboard is good. But we can't hold it for long we get aches for longer use. But it's So good and very cheap.

I tried Google Cardboard when a student lent it to me. I was actually pretty impressed for the price, but it obviously doesn't replace the more expensive headset options.

Cardboard is a good inexpensive way to try VR without much risk. I think if you like it, you'll LOVE the other options.

I found a cardboard copy by Goji called Paper 3D for only 4.90€ (5.38 USD). Gonna try it out as soon as it gets delivered and see if it's usable. Definitely cheapest I've found so far.
