I know Google Cardboard is the least capable of the VR platforms for gaming, but it's also the most accessible (i.e. cheapest). So I'm wondering. What games have you played? What did you enjoy? What wasn't worth the time?

These are the two games that I've really enjoyed.

    Sisters https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...rworld.Sisters
This is a point and click horror games. It's really well done. Put in a pair of ear buds or headphones, turn off the lights, and this will give you a scare.

    Vanguard V https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...form.VanguardV
This is a space shooter. It's pretty short, only one level, so it's really more of a demo, but it's really well done.

I also found this article on Android Central. It's from a year ago, so I"m sure there's newer good stuff that's not covered. But I'm going to give some of these suggestions a try.

I've been playing a lot of VR games now for a while.

Started with the Cardboard, then Gear and recently move on to the Vive.

While Gear & Vive are clearly a better product at the moment, Cardboard has a lot more content to offer.

One of the best VR Jumping apps I've seen is only in Cardboard which kind of sucks cause it would be awesome in Gear or Vive.

    Here's the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...OE.RooftopHero

You get to jump in rooftops, simple but fun !

Also rollercoaster apps can be fun for a while

I honestly haven't found a decent VR game for cardboard yet. There's a lack of interactivity that prevents you from really getting into the game. After all, the main interface on a smartphone is the touchscreen, so how does that work when the phone is two inches from your face (and sealed in a cardboard box)?

This might sound lame but I found the cosmic rollercoaster to be extremely entertaining. I thought it was a fun way to get used to my new cardboard.

I find the InMind and InCell to be a good start. Both very short but intriguing concepts:

Also Titans of Space is good as well:

While technically not a "game," I have to agree with others who have said that the roller coaster apps are quite fun. Usually those get the biggest reactions out of people when I showed them my Cardboard. Would be cool if there was a game where you can build your own (probably best outside of VR), then ride it within VR. Gotta be careful, though, as you can easily get motion sick still!

I've been playing this game Sinister Edge. Graphics are pretty good for a phone game. By headphones help with the experience, a controller is a must. I actually cried out at one point. On sale now for 99. I'll be looking for more games of this quality.

I actually enjoyed Kellogg Marvel’s Civil War VR. Kind of simple, but if you are just getting started it will help you get some experience with VR.
