    every time i try to run the calibration tool to calibrate the IMU, it crashes. please i just got this rift, i would like to start enjoying it, but the whole world inside is tilted quite noticeably to the left.

    Unfortunately there are quite a few people that suffer from this issue. I'm not sure why the calibration tool isn't working, but it could be because I don't think Oculus is updating it anymore due to them "fixing" the tilt issue in an update.

    Your best bet is to contact Oculus Support so that they can walk you through a few steps. Worst case, you'll probably receive a replacement if they can't get it righted.
