I was just re-watching Strange Days, a story about VR that is fed right to your brain for experiences. Its a murder mystery. But as I am watching it, it occurs to me that something I've said before is something that the maker of this film agrees with. VR needs a portable player. In the movie, the players use a deck that you take with you that feeds info to the wetware. Why haven't the current VR marketers figured out that there should be a portable blu-ray VR player? It seems like such an obvious necessity..
