I wonder what exactly the intention of this is? I get that it will equal better tracking but I really hope its not necessary for it to equal the tracking of the Vive.. Each one of these needing its own usb is a pretty big bummer if this is going to be the norm..

Oh for sure it's keeping up with the Jones' or Vives' as the case may be! lol

Yeah the Vive is really running nicely right now. Oculus missed the mark in a few spots that the Vive caught, so they are trying to play catchup (Re: tracking and controllers)
