Hi welcome to VRhead.

JC3 doesn't have native VR support although that's not to say there isn't a hack to be found somewhere. I haven't looked.
On steam. VR support will be listed down the right hand side of the games page.
You can search for VR only capable games by going to the store. Virtual reality is in the games drop down list. Oculus exclusive games not included.
