how to open desktop in cliff house?

I've searched the entire web trying to find out how to open my desktop while in the cliff house. I've found billions (ok, that may be a slight exaggeration) of videos of people showing their desktop screen in the cliff house, but no one showing how they opened it. I've searched all of my apps using the windows key on the controller and it's simply not there...

Any help is appreciated!!

When I was demonstrating WMR, we could not do anything to modify the Cliff House, so I would default to the article.

That's odd, there should be an app called Desktop in your apps list. Was there by default for me. I don't know how you would add it if it's not there, but maybe you could open it using the Cortana voice command. "Hey Cortana, launch Desktop"

Thanks Peter! It worked. Strange, but once I asked Cortana to open the desktop it became available again in my apps.

That's really goofy. I've never seen a command go missing before.
