Upon experiencing the hololens for a brief time, I am enthused to see what it can really do, and what kind of usefulness one could get out of it. The question at hand, or thought behind this:
where do you think this technology is going?
what do you think it could improve with your life or workload?
what do you think the job market for this would be ?

Obviously entertainment, but I think it would great for any kind of AR training simulation. Pilot training, fire rescue training, medical training, space mission training. In the field more robust units, or the tech can be adapted for actual use, in space helmets, pilot helmets, divers suits etc. I think the hololens itself is more of a development platform/proof of concept. IF/WHEN the technology is adopted it will be adapted to the actual equipment first responders, divers, astronauts, pilots, etc use for their day to day jobs.
