Is there a Google cardboard for phablets such as the Nexus 6?

I find that cardboard is very lacking. Each phone I have tried doesn't seem to work with the button layout and some don't have buttons. Interesting that such a simple product is already so "fragmented."

I have purchased several "Google Cardboard's" and really they all prove the concept well but really suck in the long run (they are made of cardboard for goodness sake!)
I recommend going with something better (I still need to)

would cardboard be worth it on the v10 even though the buttons are on the back?

In terms of content and ease of use, obviously the Google Cardboard doesn't come anywhere near matching the Samsung Gear VR. It's literally a peace of cardboard with some lenses in it, and the types of software experiences are somewhat limited compared to what you'd get on the Gear VR. If you're looking for a more polished experience and a VR platform that will be strong at launch and most likely surpass that of Samsung Gear VR (if thats the experience you're trying to match and don't have a Samsung phone), then Google Daydream VR is your best bet (make sure your phone is compatible with it). Google cardboard is a good place to start but it is very limited if you're expecting a Samsung-like experience.

I'm still rocking the free Star Wars cardboard that Verizon gave away when Episode 7 came out. A cardoard is a great way to dive into VR without a heavy investment.

I have the ViewMaster--has anyone invested in buying additional NFC "discs"? I wasn't impressed with the sample that came with the unit...
