I am opening a VR Bar and I would like to know what the best platforms/retailers are for purchasing games and equipment for it. Any suggestions?

Amazon seems to be a good source, HOWEVER you probably won't get business to business pricing there. Your best bet might be to contact HTC and Oculus directly and try to set up some kind of business relationship.

I think Google should make some disposable layer of a material that covers the part where the gear touches the face skin. Or anti bacterial material lol.

I use nowinstock.net to find good places to buy things like Rift and accessories. It's great for newly released video cards too.

Both HTC and Oculus have B2B sales positions (I applied for one with Oculus/FB last year). You will want to get it from them because there is different licensing requirements and rules for business customers, especially with the public using VR.
