My mom says I'll be getting a Geforce 1070 for christmas this year and she doesn't know any cases that fit it but I've done some looking around and I think a MasterBox 5t Dual-tone Gaming ATX Mid-tower Computer Case would fit whileI don't really know so could someone tell me some cheap and good quality cases?

Welcome to VRHeads! We are going to need more info in order to help you further. Please join the site. Here's how....

Cases are almost too plentiful to specify one over the other, but 95% of ATX Full cases will work, along with over 50% of Mid cases. The big thing is how big the heatsink/fans are on the card itself. That varies with each card manufacturer.

What else do you need to put into the case: what hard drives, cooling, etc.?

Hey I just signed up and I already have a computer and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna put My current hard drives and cooling in it.

My recommendation still stands. Get something Full ATX if you can handle the size. The extra room for cooling and fans outweighs the overall size, unless you really can't fit a full case somewhere.
