I downloaded iFun Video Converter. My Hubby works really long hours and I want to move those new encoded movies to his phone. Do I just move them onto an SD Card and have him insert it his phone?

Yea, an SD card could do the trick, OR you could use a cloud based program like dropbox, or google drive, which works on both the PC and the phone. OR you could use whatever transfer program his phone supports. What kind of phone does he have?
