I love using my VR but I always manage to get these terrible headaches after using them after ten minutes or less.

Can anyone recommend and tips as to reduce the headaches?

Hi @Lorileii welcome to the forum.

Well not being a specialist or medic I can only recommend you to remember to breath deep and nicely using your mouth, also being hydrated is crucial to avoid headaches, not only in VR the hydration is crucial to avoid headaches.

Another recommendation is to take off the headset as soon it causes any problem or discomfort, so that way you don't let your body to get used to that discomfort every time you wear it.

I can recommend you these articles too:

Hydration is the biggest thing, along with maintaining a stock standing or sitting position and closing your eyes to center yourself.
