    Without w/o do at my house there's lots of virtual reality games and movies I can't download, if I download them I town can I then play or watch them at home without wi fi?

    Yes. But not all apps can run without an Inet connection.
    I have several apps that don't need it. Makes it possible to take it somewhere and still have fun with it.
