My screen won't respond to touch so I tried rebooting it and when it came back on it said that it was Network Locked and to unlock it start Network Lock application. How do I do that? I really need my phone to work. Can you please help me to find my phone??

As someone said in this thread at Android Central. We need MUCH more info. What type of phone is it? How did you obtain it? Your carrier, a 3rd party store? Brought from a friend? You may need to go back to the vendor and find out why its network locked. That usually means it's locked to another carrier NOT the one for the SIM you are inserting.
