I use a smartphone with a plastic cardboard. In my app I can move the right image and the left image so that they have different degrees of coverage in common. That works for me. But when the virtual distance of the scene of my video is 30 centimeter or nearer, then I am not able to bring the right and left picture together. They just don't fit together, no matter what degree of overlap I set in the app..

What can I do? What is my fault?

I guess there is no differences between films designed for Smartphones or Oculus or Vive? So I can use videos for Oculus also with my Smartphone cardboard?
