Is PSVR only supported by the PS?

The question in hand is that is playstation VR is only supported by play station 4? Furthermore more specifically play station pro/slim. Will it support other playstation consoles? Can I use it in xbox consoles or mobile devices somehow?

Every PlayStation 4 will support VR, that's one of it selling point, they are maybe more than 40 millions of PS4s already on the homes of millions of people, so anyone with a PS4 will have a chance to enjoy VR with the necessary upgrade.
