Hey everyone - any of you had experience with using software like VRidge to hook onto SteamVR and play in VR that way, rather than buying the £799 Vive? If so, how was your experience, and was it worth it, in comparison to just buying a dedicated PC VR headset.

There's little compatibility with games and such, but seems like a pretty good way to get into some good VR gaming without the cost (also, no tether!)

    Thanks!

I'm not so sure how well that would work without the horsepower the PC brings to the VR table!
