One of my PS VR motion controllers is broken. Can you help me?

Hello. I have two PS VR Motion controllers. We have a PS5 and PS4, and on the PS5 both controllers work just fine. But on the PS4, one is just fine, the other is weird. One will turn on, I will log on, but on the other one it just turns on, and that's about it. You can't log in, the light ball doesn't light up etc. I checked settings and in devices, it said it was paired. Can you help me, please?
