    Okay so I can put them both on B and they'll work just fine. Same with A. But as soon as I try to put them in channel C it won't come on. I can put one on b and the other on c and the one with channel b will work while the other will not. I can even flip it around and it does the same thing. Base stations are working but they won't sync up with each other.

    Usually, that means there is some interference from something else in your house for Channel C. I had some issues with it when I moved into my new house, but changing the channel of my wireless router's 2.4GHz connection took care of it. HTC cubes use the same bands for their connectivity.
