    I want to download the free games but it's saying that I have to put credit cards details in or a PayPal account details. .I have none..just want the free games

    A google rep says you need to enter credit card info in order to setup a play account, BUT some respondents seem to think you can SKIP the payment info part. Your mileage may vary.
