    all my blue lights are on and is on the tv but I am getting nothing on the inside of the headset

    Have you tried fiddling with the cord? I would unplug the cord that connects the PSVR to the PS4, and then make sure it is securely plugged back in. Also has it ever worked? Did it suddenly stop working? Perhaps its defective and might be return/replaced or repaired by Sony?
