    I would like to know what type of Laptop Computer to use to play Steam games using Vridge, RiftCat, and Samsung Gear vr 2017, I also would like to know if I need any othe download than the ones I mentioned, if so what kind?

    You need a powerful one. NOW using the GearVR, and the software you mentioned is not ideal, those games are designed for the Oculus Rift and/or HTC Vive which is MUCH better hardware than the GearVR.
