    The Windows Movies & TV will play 360 2D Videos in 360 mode but doesn't play 3D/Stereo Videos in 360 Stereo mode. Is there another app that play them?

    Also, is there an app that can play 360 2D and 3D/Stereo Photos in 360 mode? I can't seem to find one. I would have thought the Windows Photo app in the Fall Creators Release would to it but that does not appear to be the case.

    The Mixed Reality service that starts when you plug in the headset has it's own player built in. In the main app, if you go to the left hamburger menu, there will be an option to play 360 content.
