How do I restrict access to gallery?

Hi people new guy hear. Could you tell me please how i keep things private or stop oculus getting access to my galary. I tjought i had but i see my pictures in samsung gallary.
This could get me into a world of trouble.

If anything would do it, Privacy mode on Galaxy devices would be the best way. The only other option would be to move the pictures to a thumb drive.
