. We have tried setting the controller that looks like a PS2 controller to connect but it won’t connect to either one. My son connected it to his android p hone and it worked just. I’m confused at the fact that it’s having trouble.

Restart your phone. THEN go in to the phone's settings and make sure Bluetooth is ON.
I’m having the same issue. Won’t connect to iOS 11. It keeps saying it “took too long to connect” please tell me I didn’t waste my money 😭
Are you SURE the controller is supported on iOS? Sometimes this is the case. I got a cardboard style (but made of plastic) VR headset with controller for my nephew who has an iPhone and he could not use the controller because it did not support iOS, BUT the VR headset still worked. You just had to use apps that support stare to function.
The controller specifically states it works with iCade games for iOS. But this POS won’t even connect to iOS 11. Sick and tired of buying Bluetooth controllers that say they work with iOS only to find out how much money I keep wasting because they LIE, much like this EVO VR Pro Level controller. More wasted money thanks to lying false advertising.
Maybe the controller needs a firmware update?
Having this same dang issue..... (Cries inside) It connects to my oldish Ipad that runs on IOS 10.3.3. But my Iphone 6S + that's updated? Nope, can't get it to connect and its sitting ontop of the damn phone.. So, not like its to far away or something..
I'm currently searching the internet for a solution and ended up here so far.. Anyone find a solution update eh?!
Mele Kalikimaka everyone!!
Has anyone ever found a solution to connect to IOS?
It’s not working i tried resetting the factor and reset my phone and it still doesn’t work I guess I wasted my money on this useless thing
Because I already open the EVO Controller the store I bought it from wont give me a refund, So dear EVO makers please stop selling product that claims to work for IOS when it actually only works with android... I have tried this product on so many IPhone and this garbage don't work. iPhone 5, 6, 7. 8 plus, and iPhone X, sad to say the controller feels nice but because it don't work its not worth it hopefully this post can prevent new buyers from buying this trash. :cold:
So I just bought the EVO VR (MI-VG010-101) with my son from walmart. He wants to use it for Fortnite mobile version, which requires iOS 11. It claims to work with iOS but don't not appear to pair with iOS 11 “took too long to connect”. Anyone out there know if the company that makes this POS, plan on making this controller work for iOS 11 before iOS 12 is released?
Ok guys I found a fix for the controller ...
Ok if you have a iPhone you need to hold down the big main evo vr button and the b button at the same time the controller will start flashing now go to your iPhone Bluetooth settings and you will see the evo device is now listed as a selection... make sure you hold b down along with the main button you turn the controller on with !!!!
If you have a android hold the x button along with the main button ...
I hope his helps everyone enjoy your new controller guys :)

Has anyone successfully connected it to the old iPad models. I tried to restart iPad mini 2 and the controller could not connect. It says it takes too long and the controller flashes red.
