My sister got a vive for christmas and I was wondering if I could play pubg, while I play pubg. I was wondering if could download a software or something? Please help.

I'm afraid not. The power it takes to run the Vive precludes any one using anything else. Essentially the Vive is just another screen so the PC is required to play the games.

Yep. You could try, but I guarantee that your video card would choke, especially with PUBG and a VR title at the same time.
