    which headset will be the best for watching amazon and netflix from my phone?
    can i stream everything i can see on my laptop?

    What kind of phone do you have? If you have the right model Samsung then a Gear VR might work well for you. The Oculus store has apps that would work for you. You need a 3rd Party app for Amazon, BUT Netflix has apps for all the VR platforms. As for streaming, again you need an app.
