I guess I can answer both questions. Our blog gets updated pretty frequently at least every couple weeks. New apps and games are listed in BOLD. The blog was updated on 10/18, and is probably due soon for another update. BUT I don't believe it's a set schedule. @Russell Holly or @Jen Karner would know.

The Play Store gets updated as apps get added sometimes even daily, although usually VR apps are not coming out THAT fast. BUT what's available for the Daydream today is so much better than when we first started.
