You did not specify if it was for Gear VR, Cardboard, Daydream or another store.
It has happened twice to my Gear VR setup. Usually at that point, the database file for the Gear VR software is corrupted. The only way that I have found to fix it is to uninstall all of the Gear VR apps (via the Applications submenu in the settings, then reinstall the Gear software.
