Apps for watching non-VR videos?

I’d like to use my VR headset to watch normal movies (not formatted for VR) because I have a neck injury that makes normal movie-lounging positions difficult.

Is there an app that can make existing videos from Netflix, YouTube, etc. viewable through a VR headset?

Which headset? Google Cardboard, Google Daydream View, GearVR, Oculus Go, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, or PSVR?

I believe that is a Google Cardboard. You of course want to get YouTube VR, which lets you watch VR AND regular YouTube videos. Also check out FullDive VR.
